Are you a news junky
Another one of my favorites, “Tech News From Hawaii” is based on an actual news broadcast from Kinautoscope, Hawaii. If you are wondering exactly what the show is about, I’ll tell you about the protagonist, reporter Kay Panabaker (Dule Hill) who is brought down when her laptop is stolen. As the story unfolds, Kay’s emotions are torn between the need to get the story and her personal feelings for an ex-boyfriend. Get instant updates on Facebook using our friends tab. Press Info – Writing Your First Paragraph
Press Info: Before writing your first paragraph, decide whether you will use “press releases” or “press information” in your business. It’s fine to use both, but I tend to prefer the former. Simply put, a press release is simply an announcement of an event (product launch, interview, etc.) made to the media by someone who is somehow connected to the product or company. In other words, it’s a “news” item that is distributed to the media.
For example, if you are in the service industry, your press release examples could simply state that you are currently in the process of hiring for one or more positions. Then, in the third paragraph, you can mention that at this time, you cannot make any announcements, however, that you hope to do so in the near future. You would then add something like, “For more information, please check back at our website.” The beauty of this method is that if the media finds out about your press releases, they are likely to run them. However, if they don’t find out about them, you have one less thing to worry about!
